Crash Reports (Optional):

  • Device type and iOS version
  • No personally identifiable information
  • Can be disabled in iOS Settings

App Performance Metrics (Anonymous):

  • Basic app performance data
  • Helps us improve stability
  • Cannot be linked back to you
  • Aggregated and anonymized

How We Store Your Data ​

Local Storage ​

All our apps store data locally on your device:

  • Breatheful: Breathing sessions and preferences
  • Afternoon: Habits, tasks, and analytics
  • Depthful: Thoughts, recordings, and photos
  • Distant: Focus sessions and achievements
  • Fundful: Financial transactions and documents
  • Ideaful: Ideas, tasks, and notes

Your device security protects your data:

  • iOS encryption
  • Face ID / Touch ID protection
  • Secure by default

iCloud Sync (Optional) ​

When you enable iCloud sync:

  • Data stored in YOUR personal iCloud account
  • We never have access to your iCloud data
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • You control what syncs
  • Can be disabled anytime

What syncs:

  • App data and preferences
  • User-created content
  • Settings and customizations

What doesn't sync:

  • Crash reports
  • Performance metrics
  • Device-specific settings

Third-Party Services ​

Apple Services Only ​

We use Apple's built-in frameworks:

  • iCloud - Optional data sync (your personal iCloud)
  • HealthKit - Optional health data integration (Breatheful, Afternoon)
  • Screen Time API - App blocking (Distant)
  • Speech Recognition - Voice transcription (Depthful)
  • Notifications - Reminders and alerts

No third-party services:

  • No Google Analytics
  • No Facebook SDK
  • No advertising networks
  • No tracking pixels
  • No external databases

Your Rights ​

Access Your Data ​

All your data is accessible within each app:

  • View all content you've created
  • Export data in multiple formats
  • No hidden data collection

Export Your Data ​

Available export formats:

  • CSV (spreadsheets)
  • Text files
  • Markdown
  • JSON (where applicable)

Export from:

  • Depthful: Thoughts and tags
  • Fundful: Financial transactions
  • Ideaful: Ideas and tasks
  • Other apps: Check in-app settings

Delete Your Data ​

Complete control:

  • Delete individual items anytime
  • Clear all data in app settings
  • Uninstall app to remove all local data
  • Delete iCloud data from iOS Settings

What happens when you delete:

  • Local data removed immediately
  • iCloud data removed from your account
  • No data retained by us
  • Cannot be recovered

Children's Privacy ​

Our apps are safe for all ages:

  • No data collection from children
  • No age verification required
  • No targeted content
  • COPPA compliant

Changes to Privacy Policy ​

If we update this policy:

  • Notification in app updates
  • Posted on this page
  • Continued use means acceptance
  • You can always delete data and stop using

App-Specific Privacy ​

Breatheful ​

  • Breathing session data stored locally
  • Optional iCloud sync

Afternoon ​

Depthful ​

  • Screen Time API for app blocking
  • No tracking of blocked apps

FrameIt Social ​

  • Web-based, no data stored on servers
  • All processing in your browser
  • No account required
  • No data collection

Fundful ​

  • Financial data stored locally
  • Optional iCloud sync
  • Receipt images stored locally
  • No financial data transmitted

Ideaful ​

  • Ideas and tasks stored locally
  • Optional iCloud sync
  • Images stored locally
  • No idea content transmitted
